Devin Doyle has built his career around the business systems that keep fire protection products moving efficiently from suppliers to the professionals and companies that depend on them. His experience spans sales, distribution, vendor negotiations, merchandising, and business development, giving him a practical view of how stronger supply standards can improve reliability across the fire protection industry.
After graduating from Menlo College in 1984 with a business degree, he gained experience through several sales positions before moving into ownership and executive leadership. At Reaction Supply, he served as owner and Vice President, managing sales processes and vendor negotiations. The company expanded to seven branches across California and Nevada, giving him firsthand experience scaling supply operations across multiple locations.
In 2013, he founded Response Fire Supply and took on strategic development, sales, customer relationships, and supplier coordination. The company later expanded into California, Nevada, and Arizona, while two California branches also supported fabrication activities. This growth strengthened his understanding of how distribution, product availability, and operational consistency can influence customer service in the fire protection sector.
Higher supply standards depend on more than maintaining inventory. They require dependable vendor relationships, organized logistics, responsive communication, and the ability to match product availability with changing customer needs. For fire protection contractors and commercial clients, supply chain delays or inconsistencies can affect installations, maintenance schedules, and overall readiness.
Devin Doyle’s background in supply chain management and merchandising allows him to approach these challenges from both a commercial and operational perspective. His career reflects a focus on creating systems that support reliable access to fire protection products while maintaining strong service relationships.
By emphasizing efficiency, consistency, and dependable distribution, he illustrates how supply operations can influence broader fire safety outcomes. His work shows that raising standards in fire protection supply strengthens the entire network behind the products, from vendor coordination and inventory planning to customer support and long-term operational reliability.
