Devin Doyle: Powering Growth Through Fire Safety Distribution

Devin Doyle has built a career around the systems that connect fire protection products with the contractors, businesses, and professionals who rely on them. His experience in sales, distribution, vendor relationships, merchandising, and strategic growth has given him a strong understanding of how efficient fire safety distribution can support both commercial protection and business expansion.

After graduating from Menlo College in 1984 with a degree in business, he gained early sales experience before moving into ownership and executive leadership. At Reaction Supply, he served as owner and Vice President, where he managed sales processes and vendor negotiations. The company expanded to seven branches across California and Nevada, giving him direct experience in scaling distribution operations across multiple markets.

In 2013, he founded Response Fire Supply and took on strategic development, sales, supplier coordination, and customer relationships. The company expanded into California, Nevada, and Arizona, while selected California branches also supported fabrication operations. This structure strengthened the company’s ability to serve customers across different regions while maintaining access to essential fire protection products.

Distribution plays a central role in the fire protection industry. Fire alarms, sprinkler components, detection equipment, extinguishers, and related safety products must move through dependable supply channels so contractors and commercial customers can complete installations, maintenance, and safety upgrades without unnecessary delays.

Devin Doyle’s background in supply chain management gives him insight into the importance of inventory planning, vendor reliability, logistics, and responsive customer service. These factors can directly influence how efficiently fire protection products reach the businesses that need them.

Strong distribution networks can also support growth. When companies have reliable access to essential safety products, they are better positioned to maintain operations, meet customer needs, and plan future expansion with greater confidence.

His career reflects an approach where business growth and fire protection distribution work together. By strengthening supplier relationships, operational systems, and product availability, he demonstrates how efficient distribution can support safer commercial environments and more resilient long-term business performance.
